Jones Road Auction
We have been commissioned to liquidate the personal property for Mr. Bill Schroder. Bill has moved to an assisted living facility and no longer needs the personal property offered for sale. Bill is a lifelong resident of the Bellevue area. Bill was an avid woodworker and constructed several sets of cabinets in his shop. The woodworking tools offered in the auction have been used until recently.

All Purchases must be picked up at the Auction
Location (10122 Jones Road, Bellevue, MI
49021) Wednesday June 18 from 12:00-4:00 pm or Thursday June 19 from
10:00 am-3:00 pm (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Note; If you have purchased a
lot with numerous items you will need to bring your own
totes/containers for transport. We do not have
containers available. If you have large items or need help
loading your lot(s) you MUST bring your own help to load.
From Bellevue go west on M-78 to Jones Road then go west to the auction location or from Battle Creek go north on M-66 to M-78 then go east to Jones Road then go west to the auction location.
Condition of Property; Everything is being sold in AS IS condition.
Buyers are relying on their own inspections and conclusions thereto when
placing bids. Neither the Sellers nor Spaul-Ding Associates have offered
any guarantee or warranty as to the condition of any item offered in this
auction.
A Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to
the high bid. Please take this into consideration when bidding. Bid price + 10%
Buyers Premium = Sale Price. All purchases must be paid for in U.S. funds at
load out. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or good personal checks (w/bank
letter if over $5000) are accepted. In the event you make settlement with a
credit card, you will be charged an additional 5% handling fee. No item is to
be removed from the auction site until full settlement arrangements have been
made. Auction Company and/or sellers not responsible for accidents on
auction/load out day, or accidents involving machinery or items after sold. All
sales are FINAL!!
TIMED EVENT This Online Only Auction is a timed event
and has a staggered closing feature. 2 items close per minute
starting with the lowest number lot until all items are closed.
There is also an auto-extend feature. Any bid placed within 2
minutes of the item ending time will automatically extend bidding on that
particular item 2 minutes from when the bid is placed. The auto-extend
remains active until no bids are received within the 2 minute time frame.
